This presentation will identify and describe current youth tobacco trends in Minnesota including the increase in e-cigarette use, dive into the most recent data on the health effects associated with e-cigarettes and describe appropriate language and strategies for discussing e-cigarette use and cessation with youth. We will also highlight our newly updated vaping and JUUling curriculum created for teachers to use to educate middle and high school youth about the harms of vaping.
